At Infinite Care we love a compliment like anyone else, but more importantly we want to know what we need to improve on – and that means we also want your suggestions and your complaints. Because feedback is vital to our improvement process, and we are all ears!

There are multiple ways you can provide us with your valuable feedback:

  1. Fill out our Online Feedback Form
  2. Send an email direct to
  3. Fill out a Feedback Form by hand. These can be found at reception and handed back to our admin team for attention.
  4. If after raising your complaint or concerns with Infinite Care, you feel your feedback has not been addressed, you can seek assistance from Aged Care Quality and Safety or 1800 951 822.
