I have worked in the aged care sector since I was 16 (30 years now and showing my own age!) and I still love serving our seniors every day. I was not happy with the way aged care was when my grandmother was in care many years ago and I wanted to make a difference. The stories of the lives of our residents – they have done some amazing things which I feel honoured to share. “The true measure of a society is the way it cares for its vulnerable members”
